I understand the double drive through lane is relatively new. That fact may be something to do with my experience there.
The Bacon Double Cheeseburger was fine, but it took an excessive amount of time to get through the "drive through".
The staff seemed pleasant, given the line.

I know everyone is short staffed but I really do not need to hear about it from the person taking the order. In addition I was asked to back up to the door and she would bring out my 2 sandwiches. Back up? Instead I pulled in the lot and just went inside. To my surprise there were only 3 customers already seated and served. I mean why was I asked to back up? The girl at the counter said " We thought you left " No apology. Getting 2 hamburgers shouldn't be this hard.

So we just got 47.23$ worth of food and the best part of our meal was the drinks. We didn't even eat the food because it was old cold and smelled bad. The lady taking our order was super nice and patient with us♡ I'm never coming back not even for a refund

They are very , very, Pleasant their customer service is on point...You hardly ever see a restaurant where people are joining together to prepare your food, and they're all Pleasant huh..., and the customer service is awesome, even doing the rush hour 😬🥰 amazing but this place is, and I have to give them that💯 the food was cooked well, not overly cook are burnt there fries was hot and delicious... now it may very day by day, but I have been here more then once and there always the same and different people on different shifts, there wonderful.. hey you can past a UPS guy coming into there store delivering mail are picking up lunch, and he will not say hello when greeting him to help open a door for him, but Buger King is always welcoming...Amen for great service we need more people like this Burger King staff🥰💯💪🏾🙏🏽😇🙌🙌

I want to give a shout-out to the female manager/cashier. She was short-staffed but she was running it. The food was good. It was hot and made to order. Well done BK!

This is my go to when I've had a rough day and just want a quick and filling meal. I prefer their Impossible Burger meal which has that good grilled flavor Burger King is known for, and of course the fries are always hot and fresh!

The dollar frozen icee drinks are good for a hot, summer day. Cashier was so nice to my 5yo granddaughter. She gets five stars for awesome customer service.

Drive thru attendant cursed my wife for pulling forward after she paid. We ordered food and asked for it fresh so I guess they wanted to keep there drive-thru time down. Shift manager drive thru attendant came outside swearing and threatening to call police because I asked for money back. Worst customer service anywhere ever food is rarely correct or fresh anyway won't miss this place recommend taking family anywhere but here.
