Fairborn Place Bbq

Wow! Check out the pics.I walked in this place almost a year ago and walked out. That was due to the small crowd and the place was in need of updating. BIG MISTAKE. Today no crowd and updates are being work so no excuses. I had the best lunch in awhile. Great value, freshly cooked, and good portions. The staff member was very friendly too. Check the pics.

It was clean, cheap, and quick. The food was mediocre at best. We both had BBQ, I had the chicken and my wife had the ribs. Our meals were dry enough that the souces didn't help. We ordered the pulled pork nachos as an appetizer and I am pretty sure the pork was microwaved left overs. We were excited about a cheap BBQ place in the area, we got what we paid for.

Reviewing just the restaurant, not the Hotel Rooms, or the bar: Been coming here for about a year. One look from the outside and it wouldn't look like it was a good place to eat, but don't let that fool you! The food is so good and the prices are great. Their 4 sauces you can choose from are all great. There's very few customers here during lunch hours so you can have a nice quiet lunch, and maybe even a business meeting if you needed to. The new Chinese menu is also really good, but I highly recommend the fall off the bone ribs. Every day they have a new special written on the chalkboard, which let's you try a variety of dishes for cheap.

Ordered carry-out the customer service was good. However the food was inedible. And when I called back all I got was a simple ok sorry. The wings were not mild. My mouth was on fire and they had black char on them. My boyfriend's dark meat chicken was a dried out chicken breast. We ended up eating The side salad and throwing the rest away. They could have offered to fix but didn't. We will not be back. We had told friends it was good but they won't be going back either.

Don't judge by the outside, or by the first sight of the inside. It is always empty on the inside when it's daylight. However on certain nights it can be pretty full, especially karaoke or cheap beer night. Good food, we like the Chinese options and the bbq. Pool tables don't seem to be used much while I'm there but its coin operated. All in all worth a try

My boyfriend and I have gone there quite a few times now. The food is pretty good normally, very nicely priced. The staff there however, is just atrocious. Every waitress we ever had was just... Incompetent. Yesterday we were the only patrons, and we had to sit for almost fifteen minutes before the waitress came and greeted us. She was texting 99% of the time, and randomly exploded into tears and screamed, literally screamed, how she did not want to be there. Also today we are both experiencing pretty horrible food poisoning from eating there. This place is always dead, every time we go in, even though the staff try to say how it's always busy. I dunno. It doesn't look busy to me, and if a waitress is so incompetent to serve a single table in a restaurant, how can she serve when it's busy? I am a waitress for a living, and frankly have been abhorred by the service, but would always go back for the food. Now after this bout of food poisoning, I'm never going to go back. It's just not worth it.
