Buffalo Wild Wings

Placed an order to be ready by 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:30 and didn’t receive my food until around 7:10. When I got home, my boneless wing were smaller than a half dollar coin. The absolute smallest little hunks I’ve ever seen. I haven’t had this issue before but after spending hundreds at this location, I may as well drive out of my way to go to a different one

They've really stepped up their burger game! Everything ordered was fantastic. I'm sad that they've been out of cheese curds for a while now and no green beer on St Patty's Day?! Our waiter was attentive and fun. You can tell that they still have some issues with supply but it didn't effect us as they have plenty of scrumptious options. The only thing that I wasn't a big fan of was how dark it was inside. Overall a great experience!

I don't know if it's the "B" team working every time I order from here or what, but it never fails that they forget two or three items from my delivery orders. I gave them three chances to redeem themselves, and they just couldn't get it together. The silver lining is that the managers I've spoken with about this have tried to resolve these issues via "crediting" food to me for future visits, but what good is that if there's a strong possibility the staff will forget even those items too?

Horrible experience. Placed an order online for take out. When I got there the place was in absolute chaos. There was quite a crowd milling about the pick up area waiting on food. Mine ended up being almost 20 minutes late. When I got home I realized I was missing an item. This place has never gotten my orders correct when I order potato wedges. And yet again...they failed to provide them. I placed a call and told them I would be on my way to pick them up and I was told she was dropping them in now. When I got there that was not to be the case. It took 7-8 minutes to get someone's attention and then another 5-6 to get my order. The chicken I ordered also was not sauced correctly. I ordered the Garlic Parm wings and received wings with the essence of garlic parm. Some did not even have sauce on them. Overall I would skip this place for take out. It just wasn't worth the hassle to pay $46 bucks on wasted time, sub par food and an incorrect order.
