Extremely rude! I would give this a zero if I could! I called to place an order as I have done twice before. When the lady on the phone asked if I'd like to have a combo, I then asked what came with the combo. I received an annoyed reply. The lady suddenly raised her voice and said that "I do this all the time." - She mistook me for someone who asks too many questions, but ends up ordering something else. When I picked up the order, the lady was kind enough to put a menu inside the bag, But... She highlighted the combo section with "This is combo" and the non-combo section with "This is NOT combo." Very condescending and insulting. I'll go somewhere else next time!

Just moved to Fairbanks, my wife and my daughter were craving for chinise food. We choose to pick this restaurant, but the lady on the counter was very rude. Not just to me but for many clients coming to order. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. What bother me the most was she yelling at an elder. First impression matters. NO RESPECT for CLIENTS!

Lady at the counter has serious attitude issues. I have long put up with it but today she was so condescending I expressed how offended I was with her demeanor, did not order, and walked out. And, it certainly doesn't help that the place is nasty dirty and that it is more than just her attitude that needs an adjustment.

I called to place an order at noon for a combo plate. The woman tried charging me for a dinner combo (which is $5 more expensive and the only difference is a pathetic eggroll) and then she was rude to me because I didn't specify that I didn't want the dinner combo but the lunch combo. It's noon, obviously it's the lunch combo, but even more obvious is that she was trying to steal from me by selling me a dinner combo. That was the last straw, I've been going there for years and now I'm done. Moral of the story is don't try to screw the community because they will bite back, and that's exactly what I'm seeing from all of these poor reviews.

Possibly the worst Chinese food in Fairbanks. The Mongolian Beef was all onions, liquid, hardly any meat and the sauce was all over inside the delivery bag. Hot and sour soup was all mushrooms and the only taste was hot spices. The rest of the order was nothing really to mention more than mush in a box.
