My absolute favorite place to eat. They have the BEST eggs Benedicts in town. My boys ask to come to The Diner. The service is amazing! The staff is super friendly. I love this place!
Always fast and friendly service. The food is great and priced fairly! Always my first choice for breakfast!
This is a typical diner. We came here on the recommendation from the Visitor's center. We were told that they have a good cod sandwich. We couldn't find it on the menu, but the server knew what we were talking about and said, " oh that's the fish sandwich". The wait was a little longer than I would've liked. However, the sandwich was delicious! The fish itself was beautiful and the breading on it crispy. The bread and veggies were good. The fries were also nice. Not much of a crowd but they had their regulars, who everyone knew by name :) liked it but not so much that I'll come back if I visit Fairbanks again.
The food was pretty good. Our waitress seemed perturbed though. Being our first time in Alaska we wanted to try someplace that wasn't touristy. No jewelry shops here!
There was also this weird thing parked out front when we arrived. I really don't know if it's an actual warning of some kind or a joke.
Classic diner. Good coffee in diner mugs . Excellent crispy bacon. If you’re looking for trendy this isn’t it, but it is excellent if you’re looking for classic diner food. And a place to sit and enjoy the capper with a cup of joe.
When I travel I want to avoid the commercial food establishments. This was a traditional diner that exceeded my expectations. The locals eat here to start the day right. I had the corned beef hash omelette - very tasty and probably took 3 months off my life span!!
Good food and reasonable prices. Atmosphere was okay. Interior could use a little bit of upgrade. Staff was nice.

So happy we tried this place! True diner atmosphere, and the food was DELICIOUS! Loved the historical pictures all over the walls.
