FANTASTIC meal!!! Loved every bit of it. French fries with bacon salt and ranch and chipotle ketchup dipping sauces were highly addictive. I got the special which was a pot roast slider meal on biscuits. Fresh, tender, savory, and melted in my mouth. Jamleigh (Jamie Leigh) was so kind to us and even wrote down a list of places to check out while we were in town. If I lived in Fairbanks, I would frequent this place on a weekly basis!

Do NOT come here having already eaten prior! The food was marvelous and filling! I got the Union Burger with a side of bacon macaroni and cheese. My wife got the chips and salsa with quesadillas. All of these were amazing! Pricing was pretty decent, atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly! Will be going back soon! 😁

A cozy convenient place with AMAZING gluten free and dairy free accommodations! The fries were fantastic along with their gluten free buns on the burgers!!! The coconut cream for dessert was the perfect way to top our meal off all while the service was friendly and patient.

Great food, vegetarian friendly. The place was crazy busy/packed and not a mask in sight so we ate in the car. We got the shrimp tacos and salmon sliders. Both were good but the sliders were better. The chipotle ketchup was fun and memorable. Would go again

One of my favorite spots in Fairbanks. Phenomenal concept, quality craft food, fresh ingredients, presentation, and great service by far one of the best executed and perfectly served and from top to bottom menu including desserts in Fairbanks 100% sure this place is in everyone’s top 3. Facts. By far the best Jalapeño Poppers I’ve ever had. F-ing OMG Unf-ing believable, they have a tinge of sweetness and a spark of heat. Incredible.

Visiting Fairbanks we decided to stop here for food. I got the Union Chez Burger with a salad. Burger was cooked well and tasted great. The salad was delicious, but I also tried some of the fries, they were good and I liked the sauce they came with. Next time I'm in Fairbanks I'll definitely try to stop here again.

Food was really great! Service not as much. She hinted she thought we ought to do take out because there was no place for us to sit. And didn't seem to care there wasn't a table for us, but several tables were about finished and were out before we got our food. So ya I enjoyed my food but prob won't be back.
