Dutch Bros Coffee

This place is great the staff always has a smile on and ready to chat if you have a large order while you wait instead of closing the window in your face. Oh and the drinks great too only had 1 drink I didn't like so far but that was my fault I tried to get creative with one and the combination I used just wasn't right lol 🙃 love this place will need to try a few other locations to see if this a a rare find or if they are all as good as this one

Nothing but great things to say! The drinks are always amazing here! There is usually a fairly long line, but they get you through as fast as possible. I completely understand the wait. We are all there for the same reason! The customer service here is always great. You are always greeted with a huge smile. Employees are very helpful. Always willing to give suggestions and help you decide what you want. When busy they come out and walk the line to take orders so by the time you get to the window you are ready to go. Everyone seems very happy to work here. They have a great selection of drinks. I usually tend to stick with the iced americano. But my wife loves getting different flavored lemonades (which have all been amazing so far) and her and my daughter also love the smoothies. I have tried the rebels which are also very good. Needless to say I myself will definitely be returning very soon. Also if you plan on going here often make sure to get a stamp card!

My son and daughter went up to dutch bros. today on my daughter's 11th birthday. She was so excited to tell them it's her birthday!! Not only did they not say happy birthday to her, but said.. "ugh well if she wants a free drink she needs the app"... ok well first an 11 year old won't have a Dutch bros app.. second they didn't go there for a free drink. She was just excited. This location is definitely not the cheerful, joyful employees you expect. To say the least.. she was bummed.

Good drinks, friendly staff, good setup. So, I go to Dutch Bros for the first time and I don't know the vernacular they use. I don't know their menu. I don't know anything. To make it worse, the is a long line of vehicles behind me and due to the smoke and air quality they are not using their normal outside runners to take orders. I pull up to the window and was greeted by TJ. She was so friendly and patient with me. She made sure she had my order correct, even though I wasn't sure if I had my order correct. lol. The staff stuffed inside that little box were bouncing all over the place; I think I counted 8 of them. They were all smiling and laughing, and would wave hello when they saw me watching their operation. Love Dutch Bros drinks, but love love love the vibe of their employees! Great job! I'll definitely be back for many more and more frequent visits!!
