I come here almost 4 times a week to study and the workers are so polite. They are hilarious and extremely kind. Even when they’re dealing with middle school students who are disrespectful they still manage to keep the atmosphere pleasant. Special thanks to them for the experience :)

I understand that it’s hard to serve so many customers but, this is the second time you’ve utterly failed. I bought two drinks and the Strawberry Açaí was a complete joke! Filled the entire cup (Vente) with ice and it was so sour. (Old Product?) I only added the second star because your staff is always nice. Do better please!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Employees not familiar with stars. Got charged instead of my stars being used. Went back the next day to see if anything could be fixed. Nothing could be done, left empty handed and will NOT be returning to this starbucks Madison& Dewey.

Fairly happy with location. Order gets done in time. They are usually staffed well and are nice. Space inside is large and has lots of places to sit inside and outside.

Not a very happy camper today Starbucks screwed up on my order and my granddaughter was very upset because I didn't check the order before I came home and I'm not close to Starbucks so when I brought it home to her she wasn't happy so I give Starbucks today a zero in Stars because they freaked my order up

Waited 20 minutes for a sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich, my order was given to Liz, no apologies from no one and then guy that prepared food instead of giving me the sandwich walked to front counter and left food there. He knew he made a mistake but didn’t have the courage to apologize, very unprofessional behavior.
Perhaps because I am Hispanic they didn’t care? Or I was in wrong part of town?

This particular starbucks is more expensive than the other ones around here. I order a venti cold brew with vanilla sweet cream with extra sweet cream. This store charges one dollar for extra sweet cream. I have been to several different starbucks around here and none of them charge extra for extra sweet cream. Sorry guys i wont be coming back. Employees are great here too.

Honestly, the barista that took my order was pretty rude, like I get this isn't the dream job, but no need to get mean at the lady asking for a macha latte. Also didnt even fill up the cup.
