Boston Seafood is the best and most accommodating seafood distributor i have dealt with in the 6yrs i have been in business. They provide us with all of our exotic fish and it is fresh never frozen. They only send us what we need and do not make us order minimums unless specified. It is great to actually have a distributor that has Dock to Door service.

Crazy you would lie like that we have all our messages we never ever asked you to steam them yes we are paying customers just like everyone else who cares that we paid with food stamps. We was told that they was coming in we got there and they wasn't in Tyler sold us the bushel and told my wife that lots of them where dead when they came in. So we still took them when we got home and cooked them they where nasty and very soft. We called and spoke to Tyler and he told us to come in tomorrow and he would give us all new crabs not a bushel but what we paid for being that he sold them to us for 110 and not 195 due to them being dead. We came in and there where no crabs in yet but said he would call us when they came in. Got a call later that night and they came in which we have the messages from the owner which is you saying they where in. I came to pick them up and was told I had to pay again. So your a big liar and god will deal with you because you and I both know it had nothing at ALL TO DO WITH THEM BEING STEAM WE NEVER GET THEM STEAMED AND IT SHOW YOUR CHARTER TALKING BOUT FOOD STAMPS WE'VE BEEN COMING THERE FOR THE LAST 4 months FOR BUSHEL OF CRABS AND NEVER ASKED YOU TO STEAM THEM BUT HEY GOD BLESS YOU CAUSE YOUR A BIG TIME LOSER FOR THIS ONE . AND I'LL HAVE MY VOICE MAIL FOR YOU PUT UP NEXT.NO ONCE DID YOU SAY ANYTHING ABOUT STEAMING CAUSE U KNOW ITS NOT TRUE WHAT YOU DID SAY WAS I'M SORRY MONIQUE BUT THE CRABS WILL BE IN IF YOU STILL WANT TO COME IN OR PICK THEM UP IN THE MORNING.

Monday i went to get my bushel of crabs i ordered the week before.one of the mangers that I've delt with before came in said that the crabs came in dead well alot of them and that he would give them to me for a discount and that they where still good. My husband asked how would we know if they where good he said they would be soft.got home cooked them there where really soft cooked more they where as well to where my kids or mother inlaw didn't want to eat them.put them up called i was told by the same person that he will guve me new live ones when they came in on Wednesday night called Wednesday night they weren't in. Called back next day and it was the same thing but was told to come friday morning they would be there. Came in that afternoon and no crabs once again was told to come in the morning they would definitely be in. My husband gets there today and was told we had to pay 187 the crabs or biring the ones they sold me on Monday mind you the was in the dumpster where we live and not once was i told to bring them in. But what gets worst is i called when my husband told me and the owner Didn't want to hear nothing i had to say and said he didn't have time for this in hung up in my face. Like if i was being nasty or something. He didn't give me time to say i couldn't hold on to the crabs and i had pictures of the crabs i went in ky dumpster with everyone nasty garbage in brong some of the crabs to the top. He act like i wanted the whole bushel i should of got what i paid for.sad because i was going there for months just to get bushel of crabs. The people there have been really nice and welcoming thats what made me start going there. And they way the onwer hung up in my face after saying he didn't have time to hear what i had to say is sad. His employee are and was better them him and he's the owner. Guess ill start going back to wilkes barre to get my crabs. P.S this could of been handel different and your website said guarantee freshness so i used of never been sold any dead or old crabs in the first place i was better off being told y'all didn't have any.Wish i could post my pictures and video of us digging in the nasty dumperster just to get crabs. This place looks terrible and the seafood is terrible. Nothing to see here unless you want overpriced, frozen, smelly, old seafood. Go to South-Side Seafood on Pittston Ave in Scranton they offer a much better price, more variety, and it’s always fresh. I never review but I felt this was too bad to ignore.
