Straw Hat Pizza

Customer service was bad, rude employee. When placing our order the girl was rude. My teenage daughters went to wash their hands and the same employee went in the bathroom and asked one of my daughters what they were doing well one was using the toilet and the other one was waiting for her sister to get out the employee asked if they were messing around, obviously they were not my daughters were upset. The pizza was ok not what I was expecting and cold. There was a cockroach trap in the restroom floor, disgusting. Just with my experience with such bad customer service I will not return or order from here. I don't reccomend this place.

I usually order from here pizza and wings. This time I order 12 wings and they came out burn and extra small when they are usually really good size and not burn. I return my first batch and they were very nice to make them again but wings still came out a bit burn and extra small. Customer service is good but not happy with my wings 😢

Tried the pizza and the wings. Wings were pretty fatty and pretty light on actual meat. Not very flavorful either. Pizza was at least a bit better. It was decent, but definitely nothing to write home about. Kinda dry and toppings weren't very fresh. Overall, it's not "bad" but not very good. It's just decent.
