Saigon Landing

Great meal, it was out FAST, and the staff was friendly. Service wasn't impressive, but not bad either. Portions were good, especially impressed by the pork crisp appetizer. The Pad Thai didn't have many vegetables and personally, I wasn't impressed by the chicken. The restaurant atmosphere - art, lights, design - was enjoyable, minus the table full of dishes which subtracted from the experience a little. All in all, a decent meal, one I'd return to, but not go out of my way for.

Amazing little gem in Evergreen, CO. Actually not so little, a good size restaurant. Monday night dinner attracted a nice crowd. Food was amazing. Papaya salad was super fresh. Pho was very good and the crispy duck delicious and crispy! Menu has a wife variety of Asian dishes. These folks know what they're doing. Great service. 5 stars all around.

Wonderful food and service!! We ordered Pork Dumplings, Crispy Duck, Grilled Lamb, Chicken Curry, and Mongolian Beef. The curry was a bit mild on spicy so be aware of you like a strong curry. The lamb and duck were absolutely amazing. The dumplings are classic with great sauce. Wonderful service. Our server was so nice and polite. He was working super hard since we stepped foot in the restaurant. That being said, we did need to flag him down for some tea and the bill, but he was so quick once asked! 10/10!

I’m posting this in hopes that Saigon will work on their customer service and solution oriented service. “There’s a bug in the fan *points to fan spinning* it fell down from the fan… there’s nothing wrong with the kitchen.” I looked up and saw another bug flying behind him. “Yeah see, bugs nothing wrong with the kitchen.” I get it, there’s bugs, but the unprofessionalism, lack of apology and no solution is uncalled for. My friend was the one who said “yeah we’re not paying for that.” The waiter said ok, comes back with the check, “I crossed it out, you pay for the spring roll and your pho…” *pause*… *stare* “okay!?” … “ok” Why do you have to stress, there’s nothing wrong with the kitchen? All we said was “there’s a bug in the pho” and showed it to the waiter.
