Mcdonald's

Horrible place. My food was not delivered to me. I ordered at the kosik and was told to take a number and go sit down at my seat. So I chose the number 52 and I entered it into the keypad before I paid. I paid and I went and sat down with the number 52. I waited an hour for my order which never showed up, so I took my number 52 and I went up to the counter and asked where my order was. I was told they were working on it and that they would deliver it to my table once they got done. I told him it takes an hour just to make a fish sandwich,? I was in told to go step back down and they would take my order and deliver it to me. I waited another half hour, and got extremely angry and just left. I have spoken to McDonald's about this about how I want my money back because I never got my order in the first place. Tables were dirty four was dirty bathroom was really filthy. Do not go to this place

While the breakfast crew is always spot on, the nite crew was sorely lacking. I repeated my order six times. It was wrong each time. The most notable was them having me order a cheeseburger with no cheese. Who does that? Wouldn't you just order a hamburger? I finally just backed up and left. Just couldn't take it anymore.

I have always had issues with this place yet I keep trying to give them another chance. During the day they are great but at night they are terrible, they are open yet don’t answer the drive through. They are extremely slow and they have yet to get my late night order right. I just ordered chicken nuggets and they couldn’t give me the right amount. Something as simple as that. I finally have given up and would never recommend this place or go here again, I will go out of my way to another location if I want McDonalds.

Not actually open 24 hours. My husband was at the local ER and and I went to get him food while he was having a CT Scan at 3am. I ordered on the app and drove to the drive thru to get the order. No one answered so after five minutes I drove to the window. Waiting another 6-7 minutes before calling the store. Then a guy came to the window and told me the store is closed for an hour and to come back at 4am. Why does Google and the McDonals app say this location is 24 hours if it's not? Why is there no signage indicating the store is closed during this time/not actually 24 hours? I didn't have time to wait and come back at 4, instead I had to find another place to get my husband food. Super frustrating and waste of time.

Rude very rude dont complete order correctly it's so sad need to improve on your staff I won't be back there smh..Management is very unprofessional & don’t attend to your needs she actually walked away from me as I was talking..cashier was on her phone the whole time looked up at me then still didn’t take my order but another lady walked in & she took her order..so the manager suggested that I use the kiosk’s…
