My husband wanted chili. We went in to order and discovered they used only kiosks for ordering. After we placed our order on the screen and paid. We stood there and waited. After about 5 minutes, a lady came and told us they were out of chili. Then they had to call the manager for a refund. Now, if a PERSON had taken our order, they could've told us right away that they were out of chili and avoided having to do a refund. So stupid.

Went there just barely. Got half a container of fries. Didn't get hot nuggets. And got a double burger instead of single. And no receipt to even ask for it better I'm a little angry 😡 I am pregnant and all I crave is spicy nuggets that sounds rude but I was a manager at a fast food joint and this customer service sucked ....

Place was busy. I stood by the counter for 10 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged me. Kiosks don’t work. Other people were complaining about how slow. I went to arbys right down the road. Great service there. No kiosks.

Bathroom was filthy.Took 10 mins to get my food and I was the only one in the lobby. No one was in the drive thru. 10 mins for a sandwich fries and drink I have to get myself. If a businesses are going to use a kiosk 'because we cant fine workers' that means I am now working to get my own meal so lower the prices. I will no longer stop at this wendys. Will drive on to rock springs or slc.

this place has the worst customer service than at ANY place I have been to. Rude employees, lazy managers, and no help what so ever with ordering. They make you order from the stupid computer and won't even help with this. I would not recommend going here unless you want to wait for cold sub standard food and service.

The normal food you would expect from a Wendy's, but the service was great. Our cashier, Portlyn, was kind and energetic. Facilities are clean, at least from what I saw.

So we had the worst time at this establishment! the fries were cold we asked for three junior bacon cheeseburgers lettuce wrapped and they gave us three junior bacon cheeseburgers with the buns but on two of the burgers it's missing the lettuce the cheese the pickles the Mayo and the ketchup and only one of the junior bacon cheeseburgers was a complete sandwich and we were only 3 minutes away in a hotel and the fries were cold as heck when we got them out of the back and instead of doing the lettuce wraps they put lettuce in a different container with pickles and onions and they were completely out of bacon so we asked for me as a substitute and they made a big ordeal about it we tried talking to the manager and he insisted on arguing with us about why he was right and we were wrong when in all fast food establishments the customer is always right I've done my fair share in fast food restaurants the normal Wendy's I go to and every other Wendy's I go to never messes up like this and the manager never argues with us I think something should be done about the nighttime manager because he messed up on an order that we didn't even ask for this whole establishment needs to be changed

Friendly staff. However food was lukewarm, several sodas were warm and flat and water was warm. Unable to fulfill side dish in timely manner.
