Twice went thru drive thru but couldn't help cause "systems down". Today they are closed at 5:30 in the afternoon. I give up.

Stopped on trip to get a pecan chicken salad sandwich. They were out of it. No lids for the drink. And not friendly service.

Closed the day before at 6pm😡. It’s dinner time. Made the mistake of going in the next day as I still wanted a roast beef. The drive through is difficult to hear as the highway is close. I asked the person taking the order to please repeat what he had said a couple times. This clearly aggravated him and he started yelling everything into the microphone. I told him I think we have some confusion and asked to start over. I had only ordered 2 meals at this point and only needed 3. He just kept shouting what I had ordered. I told him he had a terrible attitude and encouraged him to screw off. I filled out the Arby’s survey while in line at lions choice getting polite service. Will be along time before I even consider going back. The only voice we have in this world is where we are willing to spend our money.

2 days in a row, we ordered and paid, yet missing an entire dinner. Awesome thanks for that, I guess i needed to not eat

No closed sign during construction. Most businesses stay open for part of construction. Put up a sign if you’re closed

Horrible, the person taking orders at DT was VERY new and not getting help from anyone. He didn't add my coupons. I watched him ask someone how to do it, they waved him off. I felt sorry for the kid honestly. Fries were stale, we threw both orders away, not even edible. The sandwiches were mushy. Worst experience at Arby's I've ever had. First time at the Eureka location and definitely my last.

It's usually fine. This weekend was challenging as the drive thru was broken and cars sat in line for more than 20 minutes before someone bothered to come outside and mention it. Not sure why they couldn't put up a sign. But usually it's great service even though I think they are understaffed from covid. Miss the gal with the southern accent. She was nice.
