Literally the best donuts in Humboldt, so fresh and delicious! All of their food is amazing as well. Also the customer service is top tier, the staff is always so kind and friendly. Can’t recommend this spot enough!
Great customer service and donuts, blueberry old fashion was delicious, and the raised donut. Donut shop has a Pho restaurant partnership, I have to try that next… Donuts with a Thai iced tea sounds perfect. Drive thru also available.
Best donuts in town, hands down. The apple fritters are heavenly. They open early and have a drive-thru on the side of the building. Happy donuts will make you happy!
I love this place and the owner! Her donuts are amazing, and the boba is the best, not to mention her energy and charisma are so uplifting. It's always a good day when I get to swing by Happy Donuts for a fix!

AMAZING. i see some people have decided mainstream stores are better but if you're someone who likes quality over low rent base sugar patties, this is the place. the woman at the window is always so nice, and they serve chinese food at lunch too. the doughnuts dont even really mess with my diabetes (but everyone is different.) i HIGHLY recommend their apple fritter and java chip drink. good size, you get what you're paying for (which isn't that much!!) the size is also great, and i love that its a local business with poc!!! :) /poc is anyone that isnt white/. my hands are big btw, the fritter is just HUGE. handmade everyday, great customer service. love them

I have been going to Happy Donut for 15 years now. The donuts are soo good, especially the apple fritter (the large size is gargantuan, so plenty to share). I love the lunch food they have and wish it was available on the weekends, but I know that they have more lunch customers on the weekdays and do it that way to reduce food waste. The curry is my favorite. Natalie (the sweetest lady with awesome customer service!), is now the owner, but she used to just work there and be one of the only employees so she worked long hours. I know she worked so hard to get where she is. I am very happy for her.
We LOVE Happy Donuts! Never disappointed! We drive from Benbow for these donuts! Donut holes are better than Tim Bits!! (Sorry, not sorry Tim Horton’s!) The group that works in the morning (only one we see) is AWESOME!
