I work right next to this McDonald's, every time I've gone in (almost daily but at least 4x a week) it's been clean, busy, and happy. Everyone I have talked with or just watched has been happy (or at least happy enough to fake it lol) and productive and that for me is a huge sign of workplace atmosphere very positive place.
And thank you so damned much for the added pickles I couldn't get onto the order!!! Y'all rock!

Gerald was amazing 04/26/2022 @4:08pm he was great helped me right away when a manager or whatever looked at me three times and did not help me and my 3 year old just came in to get one drink… he was awesome- other lady not so much just seen me and didn’t say anything to me.

Good peeps! Quality McDonald's and took extra care of me because I was came in limping from the hospital. The Manager, General Manager, and all the staff do a great job. McDonald's for the win!

This is BY FAR the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. Every time I order here I get a quarter pounder with cheese "add mac sauce" and they even put the grill slip on the box but NEVER ADD THE MAC SAUCE!!! Tonight there wasn't any onions or pickles or mustard just a small smear of catchup. I have worked for McDonalds in the past. You have to TRY to be THIS BAD!!! The meat is always cold and I know they MUST be resetting the timer on the UHF (Universal Holding Facility) over and over never throwing out the timed out food and logging it into the waste. There is no reason for a 4 to 1 patty to ever be cold when they hand it to you. The fries were sitting in the holder for so long that they were all turning brown and also cold to the touch. I have been getting my McDonalds 15 miles away in Junction City because I know even with the long drive the food will still be warm when I get home and they have never gotten the order wrong. This place should be shut down.

The staff at this location are extremely rude and all seem very unhappy! I have brought this to management's attention but nothing has changed! The boy who works 3 pm drive thru is the WORST! We are always polite and attempt to connect with him but he is extremely rude and gets order wrong! I really wish they could step up their game and offer him some sort of help! Bad service!!!

Girl in the drive thru was rude because she repeated my order wrong to me and then the second girl at the next window started complaining out loud in front of my face about how she put enough in the bag and that it wasn't good enough. Sorry your job is so difficult putting some extra sauce into a bag. This location always has rude, extremely young and unprofessional staff members.

They couldn't even take our order correctly after repeating several times. Then got no straws and waited at the window while one employee just stood there looking at us not knowing what he should do.

🤣 it was great. Some chick was nodded in the drive thru, probably strung out on H. Like 5 cop cars showed up, 3 boxed her in it was kinda funny but mostly sad. Glad she didn't hurt anyone. They gave me extra oreo in my Mcflurry for the hassle. That was cool.
