I love the location. I can shop around Oakway mall and then come for a cup of coffee. It is always busy but the employees are fast and kind.

This is the best Starbucks in Eugene! Always friendly fast service, I stopped by today for my birthday drink and asked the barista to surprise me, the drink they gave me was delicious and made my day even more special!!!

I absolutely loved the staff here. I’m from Washington and meeting genuine nice happy people can be hard to come by, especially in the food/drink industry. Thank you for having good customer service!

I usually just get plain coffee, so I avoid Starbucks because it tastes burnt. But today I treated myself to a Caramel Macchiato, which was delicious.

It's a perfectly fine starbucks. High traffic area, so the employees likely have to put up with a lot. Their still attentive and polite. It's well kept and fast with mobile orders. No drive thru though (both a good and a bad thing). 3 out of 3 stars.

Overall it's a nice location. It's would have been 5 stars but it was so loud, which is unfortunately typical of most Starbucks but that shouldn't excuse it. The barstool chairs have the most unpleasant backs I've ever leaned against. It felt like pressing a sharp metal corner into your spine. The coffee came fast and was the proper quality I expect from Starbucks. The bathrooms are not gendered, which is a great step forward for businesses in general.
