I cannot recommend this place enough. My husband and I are here at least once a week if not more. The subs are simple but delicious and they have weekly specials that sound amazing, without fail. They label your sandwiches individually which is such a nice, personal touch. Plus, all of their beers are $3 which is hard to beat nowadays. We love Joel and the whole Sub Shop crew! See y'all next week!

The Sub Shop is the best sub shop in Eugene! I ordered three party platters for my staff at three UPS Stores and not only were the just as ordered (so easy to do online) but the staff loved them! Thank you to Joel and his great team!

The best sandwiches at great prices. Loyalty program for frequent customers / addicts like us!! Always personal and friendly service. The owner is one of the nicest lads that you will ever encounter. SUPOPORT LOCAL & INDEPENDENT BUSINESS!! Sub Shop has an amazing menu with every sandwich option that one can choose from. Special requests handled with ease. Soups, beer, and cookies. Sub Shop keeps this group of hungry Irish musicians and hooligans well fed and beyond happy.

The one star is for the girl who waited on me. She was kind, patient and I think did her best with what she had. I was expecting something at least decent for dinner. It was the most disappointing sandwich I truly have ever had. I should of known when she had to say they heat their sandwiches in the microwave because a toaster was 2000$ I never could of imagined the quality, taste and dryness could be so bad. I could never recommend or go back. I again want to say the girl was sweet and tried to be helpful but that's all they had to offer.

Love ordering online for pickup. Always ready when I arrive, so no wait. Great website for customizing what to have on the sandwich. Thank you for offering cranberry and cream cheese as choices!! Love them on the turkey sandwich. Wish list item would be to offer stuffing as an add on option (think turkey, cranberry, cream cheese and stuffing sandwich - YUM!). Most importantly, great food, portions, quality and the staff is superb!

Really nice sandwiches. I was hungry and they got my food quickly. Two bread choices made it simple but lots of meat options and a few unique additions like sauerkraut. Have been back a few times and had the same service/quality.

First time there and I will be going back. Got a 2lb sub with horseradish everything on it called the Destroyer. It was simply amazing! Great job guys!

THE worst sandwich I have ever half-eaten. I would only have given 0 stars if it weren't for my dining companion. She feels that the service behind the counter should be taken into account. Hence the single star. I have never before had a BLAND pastrami sandwich. 3 flimsy slices of some processed meat blend unsuccessfully attempting to mimick pastrami atop dry bread. The condiments were barely there and the produce was scarce as well. I will not be returning.
