Baskin-robbins

I hate leaving this review because I love Baskin-Robbins but what happened today was not okay. I'm very supportive and patient of older people working. What happened to my son today was not okay at all. The older gentleman that helped us was very slow that by the time we left the store all our ice cream cones had melted. He wouldn't let us eat them. My sons ice cream had melted 100% in both of his hands. But this gentleman was okay with another boy eating his ice cream while he told us our kids couldn't. I paid for melted ice cream and that's not it my son had an anxiety attack because of this. I'm sorry about this review but something has to change in your store. We sure won't be back because of this bad experience.

I forgot how nice Baskin Robbins is. This location is very clean and the kids working here seem sweet and professional. No tweaked out tattoed employees here(no offense pitbull loving Springfield workers). They only problem I had was waiting for two little dorks to order their food(see attached pic).

When I went in there earlier to get a milkshake, I stood there and was ignored. They helped the person in front of me and then after that went to fill some online orders. I stood there and waited them to finish and ordered when they greeted me. After they got me my milkshake and i paid, I told them that I thought they should take care of the customers standing in front of them before filling the online orders they told me that the boss said that they had to fill the online orders first. This is ridiculous, why is the customer that is standing in front of them being put off?

When I lived in Eugene I would go to this ice cream shop as much as possible, it holds so many childhood memories for me! As a child I used to go and buy the clown cones here all the time, they gave me so much joy, and there was something about them (probably the chocolate) that made them absolutely awesome. Whenever I bought one, the owner would always smile at me. Putting my childhood memories aside, the service here is awesome, though I haven’t been to Baskin Robbins for two years, so things may have changed. It was always clean and lively, even when there weren’t many people there. 10/10 experience.
