Sanctum Cafe

My wife and I eat out often and we know good food when we taste it. In the past, as a french cafe the baked goods were not good at all. This established cafe has energetic new owners that have reinvigorated the vibe to substantially upgrade the quality of baked goods. Best croissant breakfast sandwich in Eugene as the bake was crisp but not overloaded with butter and the made to order eggs were perfect. Great job, can't wait to try the signature cocktails next.

Decided to make a last minute reservation the night before for Mother's Day brunch. They were very accommodating to get us the best seating for our party. We had a late arrival to our party and they added that order and got it out to the table faster than we'd hoped. Food and beverages we're great. Service was awesome. Took dessert to go, tried the cream puffs and macaroons, sooo good!

I am so excited to be able to visit Sip! I love a good champagne bar and this business is definitely fulfilling a big need for the city of Eugene! Sip is located in the old Sanctum Cafe spot across from the old Oregon Electric Station. Pay street parking and a pay lot just around the block. Today is the first day of them serving alcohol and I am very excited to be their first pour! They tell me they're going to be doing evening hours (5pm - 11pm) in the future as well as mimosas for brunch. They have more than just sparkling wine, they have legitimate champagne here too. They also are still offering coffee in the morning. Can't wait to see Sip grow! This will be added to my must visits when I come to town each quarter!
