Mcdonald's

Probably the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless at 7 pm and the older gentleman cleaning the lobby was very friendly. It was nice. Food could have been just a little fresher, but was about an 8 of 10 compared to other McD’s. Courteous and friendly staff. 5 stars for the cleanliness and friendly staff.

My comment on this Monday is really awful keep in mind I use to work In mcdonalds this is what happened we order exactly what we wanted so my daughter stood up there to get the order so this seventeen girl made the order keep in mind she was nowhere near the register to hear the order so when she gives she the wrong order to my daughter starts to explain it is the wrong order girl starts yelling and cussing her and the manager was right behind her and all she did was keep telling her to go out the door she kept saying no and kept cussing my daughter so my daughter cussed here back there three people that knew what the right order was placed when we all knew it was the wrong oder does the manager doesn't do about it then this other girl comes up and says something about my daughter said to the that girl that made the order apparently it's ok for the employee to cuss the customer no matter what age the employee is then there is nothing done to the employee they sheer inould have sent her home with out pay for at 4days and when came back to work she shouldn't ever be around customers this place awful to in or order. Food from corporate needs to knowand do something about this employee the manager do and who ever that other employee that showed up and didn't do anything but say something to us

Waited for 30 minutes in drive thru... didn't receive all my food. Went to walk inside, doors were locked when they didn't close for an hour. Other door was open and now currently waiting another 15 mins... still do not have missing food. Mean while my $55 of food that I did receive is getting cold.

Never have given a fast food place 5 stars but this deserved it! Why? Exceptionally clean All kiosks working Food prepared quickly All good prepared as ordered Salad was awesome Bathrooms were large, stocked, and clean This was our first time coming this way to our destination in Florida. I had resigned myself to just stopping at McDonald's for a quick bite. What a surprise to find a place that was comfortable, clean, and the staff takes their time to make the food well!

Short haired female manager not friendly at all watched an employee get chewed out over taking a 100 dollar bill for payment in front of customers and then the manager was rude again when she brought back change for the money then told the customer not to pay with a 100 dollar bill again. Only had 1 register open for the walk in customers line was wrapped to the door very slow. When I got my food and coffee asked for creamers the said same manager ripped out a tray from under the counter and said get them yourself and walked away. After getting back to my room at the end of my coffee there was something in it chunky stuff like a paper towel.
