Every time we eat here I am floored at how long it takes for them to complete orders. I have come to expect an almost 30 min wait when we come here. The food is good and service is good. But I just can’t get over the length of time it takes to get orders filled. The pic below cost me $30. No drinks or anything.

Very disappointed to have spent $50+ on an order, only to find missing or incorrect items in the bag. Normally I will check my order before pulling away from a drive-thru window, but we had already waited an extended period of time to get it & I did not want to hold the car up behind us any longer. Anyway, ordered the Willy T’s (chicken tender) sandwich as fried, also asked to make it a combo (3x). No fries were put in the bag to complete the combo. Also found that the sandwich had been grilled, which really isn’t a problem for me, except for the fact that nearly every bite I took had hard gristle in it. After maybe 3 bites, I gave up & tossed it. Also ordered cheesesticks with ranch, got no ranch. Asked for 4 extra dipping sauces with extra payment in hand, girl at window said she’d just give it to us. Opened the bag & they’d been spilled all inside the bag. Definitely not a $50 experience, unfortunately. I’ll also add that we are not from that area, so had we not been on the way back home, I probably would have just turned around & taken it back. But it just wasn’t a convenient option to do so.

I haven't been here in a while but decided to give them another try. The food is above average. The service is decent. The price and the portion size is absolutely horrible. I got a 12 wing meal with a small drink. 18 bucs. The wings were good but they were tiny. Reminded me of little Ceasars wings. If they are going to charge these prices the portion size should be alot bigger. I'll stick to zaxbys.

I visit Willy T’s a lot, but my latest experience was not pleasant at all. I came through and ordered 2 6pc wing plates and food was almost 30 dollars. My wings ended up being the wrong flavor. I called and the young lady on the phone had a complete attitude and no apology was given. I was told I could bring the plate back. The prices are going up and the quality of the food is going down, almost burnt chicken fingers , you get small portions of food. At the least, you could have warm and welcoming employees. DO BETTER , please.
