Burger King

This the 1st time ever I have a serious complaint about my Oreo Shake. I ordered one and it looks like they ran out of Oreo's and gave me the crumbs. It was whipped vanilla ice cream and the dust from the Oreo container. I couldn't believe it. As usual... I had to leave and couldn't wait to have it fixed. I also ordered Double cheeseburger combo with Large Onion Rings, and Root beer light ice. Everything else was great. But I really just wanted the Oreo shake. The food n drink was for later. I complained about it and nothing was done. But as stated before, I didn't have time to wait on her to look for the Manager.

Didn't give me my receipt. They didn't even drop my onion rings till after I sat there for a few minutes.they argued in the back about who was going to come to the front and serve. The guy at the window was going to take my order but he was taking orders at the window. I ask the lady that took my order what was the difference between the stacker and a bacon king she stated it on the wall. I will not be back. To much drama for a sandwich

Arrived to complete a door dash order. Waited in line for 45 minutes to finally get up to the speaker. Unpon getting there the employee informed us they were closed and that they had no food. Mind you Google says they are open until 2am at the drive thru and while I waited in the line wrapped around the building I could see the employees standing around talking, goofing around, vaping, eating food, and drinking. Extremely upsetting since I had to call door dash and only get part of the earnings for that dash.

I'm doing Door Dash for some spare cash, and you can't pick up your orders inside the store so you'll have to wait in the long, slow moving line which means you miss out on other opportunities to make money. It's not that hard to have a shelf in the entryway for door dash people to grab their food or people that order pick up. Do better

The breakfast food is always cold today is February 15 I went and ask for a double sausage croissant I got bacon and sausage I took it back and I had to stand outside because the lady said no one was available to answer the door I got in my truck and rolled back to the drive-through only to be told that I did not order the two for five double croissant I asked her again I want the double croissant and please make my sandwich is hot. She gave me to cold sandwiches again this is ridiculous I always go to the Burger King on 55th and superior I wanted to try this one again and as usual this Burger King is terrible in the morning
