Mcdonald's

I will never ever order order thru this app or McDonald's again. I ordered my grandson a milkshake and my son a slushie, they never told me they didn't have it. They didn't give me my money back when i called and told them. They said the money would automatically be put back on and it wasn't. I called the number on the app and I was told to contact the store. I just said forget it and don't order from them no more. Smh

How does this store make money!?! Just sitting here with the 5 other cars… signs off… The truck is here and about to be unloaded but nobody seems to be home. I mean there’s an employee… the back doors open… Basically as a business owner I’m very curious after driving by for years and attempting to see if this store actually serves food how it’s stayed open. If this store can make profit I would literally considered opening one of my own. WHAT A JOKE 😂

After waiting in line the place at Euclid wouldn't take my coupon so I had to pay for the food. Then I tried to go from one on Richmond to finally get the coupon used and I guess they only open the door for an hour so it was full of people but you couldn't get in so then I didn't want to wait in line cuz it was moving so slowly just like the first place crawling I never saw such a slow production but I know they're on skeleton people. They should have took my coupon at the first place ridiculous I just took off and went back to doing what I wanted to do instead of waiting in McDonald's hel

No one ever came to take my order at the drive thru. Both lanes were backed up nearly to the street and no one was being served, many cars eventually pulling out of line and giving up. Employee on the first window was standing inside drinking coffee, and at the second window was a cluster of employees messing with the drink machine. I wish negative stars were an option...
