Domino's Pizza

This is the worst dominos in the world. Every time I order there, something is wrong or missing. I never learn my lesson. I just picked up an order and was missing a sandwich. I went into the store to tell them they forgot a sandwich and the employee told the other employee “It should be there I made it.” He then proceeded to make the sandwich and was asking his partner how these sandwiches were made. No no apology, no refund just more waiting. I will not bother wasting an hour and a half for pizza at dominoes again. Save yourself the trouble and get your pizza somewhere else.

Orders are always correct and it seems like they go above and beyond with the toppings and fillings. A lot of Domino's are skimpy when it comes to toppings or fillings but this place is always on spot. One of the biggest things that I have found is the people are always friendly and they go above and beyond even when you're just picking up.

The lady at the window was rude. Told me to drive around back thru the line because she was the online person in the store. Even when the other employee arrives she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Our entire order was wrong. She didn’t give us the correct dressings for our salads our pizza was wrong and she told me if I didn’t like it I could go in there and do it myself. Since when is it ok to be SUPER RUDE to a customer???

This is the second time in a month that I order from dominos in Espanola and the second time my order is missing toppings. I ordered two pizzas and two sandwiches. One pizza was missing ALL the toppings and the other pizza was missing the pepperoni. The sandwiches had two tiny pieces of chicken in both the sandwiches. This is ridiculous already. I called to make a complaint and was told a manager was going to contact me and I’m still waiting… unfortunately I live 50 miles away from Espanola, so I’m not able to go in person at the moment. I used to really enjoy dominos and I was a frequent customer but after these last couple of times, I’m probably not going to order from here again.

Everytime I call to place an order the Phone rings for over 5 minutes before someone rudely answers and then gangs up on me ,this happens several times before getting thru. Tonight is a different occasion for us, we instead ordered our food online, it says "open til12am" so we go to pick up our pizza and the parking lot is empty and store is closed. I guess I'm wondering why is the website is still taking orders!!?
