Drove into a stall they took about 5 monitors to tell us the stalls were closed and we had to go to the drive thru. Then we ordered and got to the window and they said we were waiting on fresh fries and this is all the fries we got. They were not thrown in the bag we didn’t eat any on the way home. You can see a bit inside the bag that there’s no fries thrown. This is very annoying to get home to and not even find your fries thrown in the bag.

If I could give zero stars I would! The burger was smashed and tasted like it was microwaved after sitting out all afternoon. The tots were stale and cold and the onion rings were soggy and just smashed in the paper container they came in. So disappointed! Now I remember why I don’t go to either Sonic in Espanola! They seriously don’t have any pride in the food they serve! (I guess the one star can be for the girl that brought my order out because she was friendly, other than that this place deserves no stars!!)

Both my car and our friends car waited over 10 minutes for someone to take our order before we eventually gave up and went to Wendy’s.
Obviously understaffed and equipment may have been malfunctioning

Ran out of Catsup, would have been nice to know before I ordered. The young woman at the drive thru would not acknowledge my existence. I don't need attitude and disrespect with my tots.

Always super slow don't take the correct order or if they do they mess up with something I have gotten they hardly ever give you any napkins and are not the friendliest or well mannered people

The stalls never work. The mobile apps is time sensitive. No access to discounted drinks.

Fast ordering and delivery to your vehicle, BUT maybe they go a little too fast that your order isn't that great. Sometimes the fries are not fresh and really hard, the onion rings use to be good and now they're not. They're too hard and burnt crispy you can't enjoy or even eat them! Some days it's good food n some days it's not! But otherwise it's a quick bite and really good refreshing drink place to get a nice cold Route 44. And with that you can't go wrong! Hope you enjoy!

Hot burger, I asked for add mustard, they asked remove ketchup and mayo, I said no thank you. I received a burger swimming in mustard only.
