Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Love the Black and blue burger! Lots of bottomless options like fries, drinks and even bottomless rootbeer floats! Service is always great and they have added a new self checkout option at each table which makes it really nice to leave when you want without waiting on a check. I always meet people here too...its a great place to talk and hang out over great food

We absolutely love Red Robin. Their burgers are delicious. Their salads are scrumptious and fresh. Their fries are out of this world. Unfortunately, this is the second time we go and we had bad service. It took quite a bit for the server to come and acknowledge us. Once she did come over she didn't apologize for the wait and went straight into taking our order. I ordered a drink from the bar along with all of our food and fries with ranch to start. The food came. No fries to start with. No drink. She checked in on the people beside us, the people behind us, but not us. My drink never came. My husband finished his soda and she happened to walk by and noticed the drink was empty and almost passed us by again but stopped and asked if we were okay. When I said I had placed the order of my drink and it never came to please remove from the bill she said they had been changing the tap and she could grab it for me. I said no and to please remove it. She offered to bring me some other drink but at this point I was done with my food so it made no sense. When I was paying for my bill I noticed that a drink I did not order was on my bill. I tried to get the attention of the manager no once, not twice, but three times and all three times he looked away. I asked another server because our server was nowhere to be found, if she could grab the manager for me and he finally came over. Once he did come over and I asked him what that drink was he explained it was a fruity wine drink. Not even close to what I had originally ordered. He took it off along with the Mac and cheese my son order which he didn't it because it tasted really weird... We will eventually go back, but not anytime soon...

Very good food! I honestly think I had the best burger I have ever had! The burger I had was El Ranchero, and it was amazing! It had Jalapeno ranch, crispy onion straws, candied bacon, barbecued ketchup, cheese, tomato, shredded romaine, and then it came with a side of bottomless fries, but for $1.49 more I chose to get the sweet potato fries and they were incredible! To drink I ordered the strawberry lemonade and that also was superior, it actually was filled with strawberries, and it tasted amazing! This is my first time there, and the only negative thing I would say is that we got there much longer than the table next to us, but our food came much later.

This place has a wonderful hard working employee who’s name is William, he was working a lot of tables and still made sure to give everyone timely service! He stood out from the rest, a lady who sat us was also very sweet and thoughtful she sat my family at a convenient spot, the fires were the only thing I wish were a little softer and warm but other than that the food was tasty
