In-n-out Burger

Accessibility: there is a drive-thru as well as accessible/handicap parking in front of the building. There's a ramp to get to the building and the doors to enter are pull. Experience: this is the best In and Out I have been to so far. Usually very fast in service, kind employees, and good food. Never had any issues.

Amazing quality or food and customer service here! I always love going to different In N Outs, but this one is definitely a top 5 favorite. The employees are extremely helpful, they move the lines at the drive thru fast, it's always clean inside the restaurant, and the food is top notch! So yummy 😋. I introduced my boyfriend to this establishment and he's definitely impressed by it. Will definitely return here whenever possible. Would highly recommend, 10/10!

This location has some fast kids working here. I've never had a mistake with my order, and for how long the lines are it moves. Now that there is another popular chicken spot next to this location, it can be a real mess trying to get in here. Today i tried (sunday 630pm) and the line came all the way out to valley parkway street. Raising Canes plus In&Out line is crazy! Unless you wanna shoot down the lane with head on traffic, it's tuff getting to the parking lot to walk in. The layout of this location just can't hold 2 amazing food joints. But... like I said the food is great, and the kids work fast. Everyone knows in&out is number one. No burger joint comes close..

It's In & Out...so long lines for over rated burgers and fries that are so easy to make at home. Animal style is hilarious to me. That sauce is just ketchup mustard mayo and relish mixed together and they grill the ones in the hamburger grease. Ew. They also desperately need to soak the starch out of the potatoes then dry them before frying. They would not taste like chalk.

Good grief, what is the big deal about this place?? It is such garbage. Just look at your fries. I don't think I've ever met anyone who likes the fries. And your burgers taste just like any county fair burger grilled by a 12 year old. It is so much worse than literally every burger I have ever had. Blech!

My experience was just ok.. as far as the customer service went. Got my order quick but it was so busy that it took atleazt 10 to 15 min to get my food and when I did get it I was Allittle shocked that it was as tasty as I have had in the past at other locations. Seemed like the burger might had been sitting a while cuz it wasn't hot but the fry were great and fresh. So. 5 stars anyway. Must have just been a one off. Usually good is great.
