Amigos Mexican Restaurant

Best Mexican food in Cincinnati area. I moved here from the Southwest and the area was lacking in quality, authentic Mexican food. Way to go Amigos. I'll be there often to explore the menu! I've returned weekly since my first review. Everything has been fantastic! Neither my wife or I have ordered the same thing twice. Exploration continues. So far, there is nothing on the menu I would not order again.

We came for dinner. It was busy, but we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. The food was pretty good. Service was mostly non-existant. I asked for shredded beef and NO sour cream. I got ground beef and a huge dollop of sour cream. When I reminded her I didn't want any sour cream, she took it back into the kitchen and returned 30 seconds later- basically just scraped off most of it. I lost most of my salad and guacamole because they didn't replate. We got seated fast, got chips and AMAZING salsa fast and our drinks, which were tasty, also came pretty fast, then we waited about 40 minutes for food. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it would have been if the food wasn't as good as it was. I'd recommend it, but wouldn't go out of my way to come back again.

Only place in the area that does deals on Taco Tuesdays! Probably the dankest chicken and beef tacos around too. And you can't beat em at $1.50 each. The location is also nice and the employees are great. Always welcoming and everyone's wearing a smile. Amigos is now my goto for local Mexican cuisine. Wish I found em sooner!
