La Borimex

We were camping nearby and it was pouring, so we wandered out to find something to eat. Saw it as we drove by, and we love Mexican food, so thought we'd try it out. It was a little odd, when we went to the counter to order our food, we had to wait until someone noticed us standing there waiting. Once we ordered, the food came out quickly and it was delicious. I had a shrimp burrito that was phenomenal. My son had ground beef tacos, and my husband had enchiladas. We also shared nachos, and it was all great. Big portions, we couldn't finish it all. They did tell us the food would be served in takeout containers. Kind of awkward to eat with more than a few people at the table, but I see why they do it. No one asking for boxes to take the huge portions home in, and no dishes. We ran into the same problem when we went to pay. Had to stand there and wait to be noticed. This could be solved simply with a bell or something. We are fairly local (about an hour away) and I would drive that distance to eat here again.
