Jacksons has the best pasta around!! I was really craving fettuccini a few nights ago, so I decided to get a take out order from Jacksons. Their alfredo sauce is fresh and made in house, and to die for!! The staff here is awesome, in all a great environment and I would highly recommend stopping in and giving this upbeat, delicious restaurant a try. You won't regret it!
Excellent food and even better, if that’s possible, staff! Over the years we have eaten out at least once sometimes more each week between Maple Valley and Covington. Moved to Enumclaw recently and Jackson’s is 10/10!
The food is good, though a little in the pricey side. The staff is amazing, and the happy hour is the best (1/2 off appetizers!).

The fresh veggie pizza is my fave 😍 I totally love it. Also pictured: the Reuben and the buffalo chicken pizza.
One complaint is the menu has so much information mushed together and it's a bit overwhelming.
I also recommend the lemon drop martinis. SUPER good here.
My wife and I live Jackson’s. It’s our go to spot in town. Glad to see they are back open after COVID. We’ve gone twice this week so far. Always great food and tasty drinks.
The only true gastropub in the south county. Huge selection of unique cocktails, single malts and bourbon. One of only two places in the county to get Pappy van Winkle.
Great food with unique versions of pub standards like wild boar sloppy joes, elk burger, and buffalo chicken mac n cheese. Located in the heart of downtown Enumclaw (if there is such a thing), it's easy to find and there's plenty of parking.
Staff are friendly and the food is absolutely succulent. I vote for the Moscow Mule and Chicken Breast every day! Ok-the steaks are bomb too.
All I wanted coming off Crystal mountain was a greasy reuban. I got it. The drinks were very good, this is very obviously a whiskey place.
Our food orders were somehow lost, which was upsetting at first, but the waiter covered our beers as an apology so it was all good by us.
We had good service, spinach artichoke dip was good. Moscow Mule was delish! We got the chicken sandwich and cheeseburger.. sandwich and garlic fries were good! Burger seemed like it was cooked very quick, outside tasted chared while the inside was a bit mushy.. but they were busy so I'm sure they were rushing. Overall it as good and we would go back
