Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to Popeyes on the way to work. Stop at 9:15pm and was told they had no sandwiches and the only food the had was spicy chicken pieces. They do not close until 10pm. I will never be back. Don't waste my time or yours. The employees in the parking lot saw me pull in and dove in their cars. Only one person in the store, 3 outside. Manager needs fired.

We placed our order at 9pm. Everything we ordered we were told they had to cook, mind you, very rudely. I felt like we were bothering them by placing the order. When we were allowed to finish our order, which took time because she had to stop our order after every single item to inform us she had to cook it, to which we responded of course, no problem, we will wait, she stopped us and told us to pull forward. We paid for the food, $26.66. We were not given a reciept. When we got to the window, we heard a bunch of yelling coming from the kitchen. Every thing came out hot and fresh, so even though the people were rude, it was still good food. Thanks.

This was the worst experience I had. I have been hyping up Popeyes for 4 years to my boyfriend and this location was terrible. We ordered food and was told 10 mins later that they didn't have them it was 20 something chicken nuggets we were given 6 strips to compensate when that's no where near the same!! Especially when it was being shared. Highly disappointed. And apparently it was almost $70 and for what

I placed an online order on the Popeyes app. When we went to pick it up we were informed that they no longer sold beignets. I paid for 12 beignets and because they no longer sell them, I expected a refund. I asked to speak with the manager who REFUSED to give her name OR A REFUND! So…Popeyes is now in the business of stealing money from their customers????? ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! Absolutely disgraceful!

Not sure how to rate this one. The food is really good. But 9 out of 10 times we never get it in a timely manner. And often you think we'll if you wait then it will be fresh. That is not true sadly. Last time we waited no less than 20 min for some chocolate beignets. Only 20 min because my husband went to talk to them and found out they forgot about us. So they gave us extra fries for our trouble which I was glad about because the first ones were old. So we are not allowed to go before work anymore because we literally run late everytime and it's not worth it. But when the food is fresh it is some of the best chicken around. Oh yeah and when I finally got my beignets they were a soggy mess. So good food and super bad management.
