This store is so dirty. The credit card machine is greasy and has a hair stuck to it. The floors look like they haven’t been steam cleaned in 5 years, and I’m sorry but everything in the store doesn’t look like it’s been wiped down in months. The food was good but seriously, I didn’t want to touch anything in that place and upper management needs to go see it.

Literally waited over 30 minutes for 3 bagels. Then they forgot to make my drink so started scrambling. I watched them rinse out old milk from the coffee machine and then put the frother on top of the garbage can while trying to make the rest. Disgusting???? Not even a hand wash either. Ended up waiting another 10 for the drink that I ended up dumping in the trash and could barely eat the bagels. Don’t come here. Long waits and unsanitary staff.

Stood in line for nearly 10 min no one took my order i could see 4 employees 3 customers waiting no idea why the long wait.

I made a online mobile order and it took me and hour waiting outside to get it asked if I could instead get a refund said told them they don’t deal with that to call customer service very upsetting!

Wow. It look literally 30 minutes to make one sandwich. There is a lot of stuff, and everyone is busy doing something, apparently except preparing the food. Very sad. Never back again
