Older man just took my order got the receipt right on order when the girl went to make it she made it wrong and I went back in there and said you didn't put enough heavy wipe and cinnamon at all she goes and gets another small cup and put heavy wip in it and tell me next time ask for extra heavy wip really rude and walks away I look at the guy and said how is this going to fit in the cup its top she comes back with the cinnamon shaker and at that point the guy gives me a bigger cup and know I'm mixing my own drink I'm mad at this point and said to her next time follow the recipe it not that hard and walk away. Star bucks employee have always been nice but not this girl she had a problem with me I guess

Tried placing an order and reloading money into my card (in order to pay for it. The girl at the register got frustrated with me; where she became rude and rolled her eyes at me. I guess it’s a different transaction (I didn’t know that) otherwise I would have initiated that first. I was so taken back that I just told her to forget the entire order.
I can see where it can be annoying but I didn’t know that’s how it worked. I’ve always had really great experiences at SB at other locations, but this one was absolute trash.

I honestly think its one of my favorite Starbucks, the way its just nestled into a bookstore! Just the perfect pairing, and actually pretty rare to find around here. You have the classic greatness of Starbucks, Clover and Reserve Coffees, and a nice, quiet atmosphere with tables extending right near the shelves. Kudos to B&N for partnering with Starbucks and making the locations work so well together.

I met someone here to help her study for an exam. Staff was super friendly. Although i didn't buy anything they let us use their table. It was hard to find tho. My googlemaps kept redirecting me.

The food and drinks are good, everything tastes good, but you can tell that a lot of the workers are not motivated. I can tell most of them need more motivation, because they seem out of touch.
