Went for lunch and enjoyed peaceful atmosphere on my busiest work day. Delicious spinach salad with salmon. Portion of salmon was great. Not dry at all.

SO yummy!!! I got the crab cake (which was ALL meat - hardly any filler) mashed potatoes and asparagus, plus shared a bowl of crab dip with the table. Everything was perfect and staff very friendly

Carriage House Inn catered our daughter’s wedding this past April and we couldn’t ask for a better vendor to work with. Our experience began with them working to accommodate scheduling a tasting as we were coming from out of state. Kristy and Chef T were able to figure out a day and time that worked for all of us. Kristy was so helpful throughout the planning process and was very responsive to our questions. Her advice, suggestions and assistance made us very comfortable throughout the planning process. Chef T was great to work with also. It was very obvious that she took pride in the preparation, taste and presentation of her dishes during our tasting and the wedding. Throughout the reception, both Kristy and Chef T checked on us multiple times and ensured that the evening went smoothly. The entire staff, including the servers and bartenders, were accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Finally, the food was amazing. Many guests commented on the quality and presentation of the meals (prime rib and crab cakes) and several told us it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. I would highly recommend Carriage House Inn to anyone looking for a great caterer to make their special day unforgettable. Thank you Carriage House Inn.
Great food and service. Menu with many options, friendly staff, pianist started to play for the evening diners shortly before we left. 5 of us ate meals, 2 appetizers, no alcohol or dessert for $176 plus tip.
Carriage House Inn you never disappoint. The food we receive whether it be dine in or carryout the quality and taste is always a cut above. The family pans offer a quick easy dinner when you are too busy to make it yourself at an affordable price. They also make a great meal to provide a friend or family in their time of need. The desserts are always yummy also. Your team always rocks it. One of my favorite times to come to dinner is on Friday or Saturday evenings when you can relax to the talented piano players playing as you dine. The atmosphere is quaint and the service is always the best. I can not say anything negative about Carriage House as time after time we continue to have fabulous experiences. One our favorite places to go.
I had a perfect experience at Carriage House! From the drinks, to the food, to the service - everything was spectacular! We came for brunch but the lunch special of the day sounded soo delicious, we had to reconsider! The chef came out twice - first to discuss the specials with us, then asked how it all was. Our server was great, knowledgeable, and attentive. If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I totally would. I will be making to 40 minute trip again soon!
My daughter drove me to the Carriage House Inn from Frederick to experience the friendly staff and the wonderful food. While many of the staff are young, they are professional and put one at ease with light conversation. Our hostess, Emma, was so upbeat and helpful. Drew, the young man who kept our water glasses full had a contagious smile. Our server, Tina, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive--the perfect combination. I was so impressed! We had one of their special drinks that day--a spicy bloody Mary with a huge, tender shrimp and crispy slice of bacon. The menu selection had a wide array of choices and different tastes. I understand that there are always specials to keep diners on their toes. I will definitely return!
Best burgers I've ever had. I've lived between Montgomery and Frederick County and am a burger Queen. These surpassed my taste test and then some. We had placed a carry-out order and the hospitality was phenomenal. They treated us as if we'd ate there multiple times before. They had also said 20-25 minutes and had called within 15 that they were ready. We got the BBQ Burger and the Jim's Jumbo Burger. There fries were on point too. I can't wait to go back again, again, and again <3
