Taco Bell

Don’t usually expect too much and I usually get what I ask for, but not today. Service and wait time were great though. I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 soft supreme tacos with beans and onions added. I get home to find I had received what appears to be regular soft tacos with the beans and onions added. In the picture it’s clear that there is no sour cream and only 1-2 tiny cubes of tomato. This is what all 3 tacos looked like...... what do you say Taco Bell?

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and 3 tacos I have a tomato allergy so requested there be none on the crunch wrap and the receipt even said no tomato but it did infact have tomato. The crunch wrap was very poorly wrapped and falling apart guess it doesn't matter because I was unable to eat it anyway. All 3 of the tacos were falling apart at the bottom and messy to eat and the shells were stale. The girl at the window was sweet and gave us lots of sauce and did her part to communicate but the cooks were awful and did not care to pay attention to the fact I have an allergy.

Horrible service! This is the 4th time I’ve come through the drive through and something of course wrong. This time I had no choice but to go in and get a return. The employees was not friendly or apologetic. The one that took my order in the drive through asked did I want it remade. I couldn’t even get my answer out and the cook rolled his eyes. I know y’all are wearing mask but I can see your eyes! At that point I did not feel comfortable with them remaking it. I got the vibe of they all might spit in my food.. so I will not return to this location! I LOVE TACO BELL! I just want to be treated right.
