Burger King

If i couod gove it a 0 star i would we went in and sat so we could all decide what where ordering and where there for a total of 5 mins and they said you got to order now or leave so we ordered dosent even ask if its for here or to go then puts it in a bag and says have a nice day and told us to leave

when I pulled up there was only one before me. I ordered,all was smooth. I paid they handed drinks then said pull up. I pulled up sat 20 minutes . Was missing nuggets and food was cold. Why did I wait for cold food? The manager hung up on me after calling 12 times. After hung up called from numerous other numbers no answer. deff wasn't going back up there if all together waited 25 minutes for cold food missing stuff. I paid with my hard earned money. They work for there money and need to get it right.

I normally don't do this, I've worked at a bk before and I completely understand if you're busy and make a small mistake. We ordered two ten piece chicken nuggets with sauce and we got two eight pieces with no sauce, even though the sauce was on the receipt. As we got to the window we were handed our food and then we were asked to hand it back.. I did since I figured they were being nice and double checking. I heard the manager say "sweet and sour? That's all they get." as I had ordered sauce for my fries as well, we got none. Nothing. We decided to go back through and I apologized and asked for another ten piece and made sure I specified extra sauce. As I got to the second window I asked the woman working if she had made sure to put extra sauce in the bag since we had more chicken nuggets. She double checked with me the sauces and then said "they're in the bag" and shut the window quickly. Since I had double checked I figured there would be sauce and drove away. Only two. I had asked for extra since we had about 26 chicken nuggets total. We got the sauce for my fries and one sauce for the chicken nuggets. The only nice worker was the woman at the first window. Overall I'm a little upset but hopefully next time we come back it'll be a bit better.
