The Pretzel bacon king was good with a soft bun that had plenty of flavor. My complaint would be the excessive mayo and mustard on the burger. The Jr. Whopper was an average burger as expected, but the spicy chicken sandwich was very lackluster with a small dollop of spicy sauce on a dried chicken patty. The Ch' King was great with plenty of chicken and a good breading.

Keep getting orders wrong when ordered through Doordash. Or just straight up don't make your order and take money for it. Would not recommend this location.

Gave me the wrong burger that I did not order. Fries the past few visits have not been fresh either, brown and greasy. Don't think I'll be going back to this location which sucks because they closed the one on Cleveland st.

Was told by a worker that they close at 8pm. Showed up a little after 7pm and was told they were closed (sign was on). When I mentioned the 8pm time, they told me they "decided" to close early. Not open on Sundays, at all. I understand not having a lot of workers, but this has gotten ridiculous when they can change closing times day to day. No way to run a business! Won't waste my time with this location any longer.

Today 9/14/21 around 6:05 PM My wife went to BK on midway Blvd in Elyria. Upon getting home, 4 minute drive, noticed the fries were not only cold but rock hard as in not fully cooked. Also, one of the double cheeseburgers were missing. I’ve called several times to get this corrected and I am getting no answer. I’d like to have someone contact me to make this right! This place tried to steal my debit card. I beeped tried to get the windows attention then had to call the phone and ask for my card and receipt. Horrible.

Horrible. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. My receipt says a free sandwich with a purchase. They made me buy a fry and a drink which was overpriced so it made the coupon worthless.
Also they discriminate. The other day they had a sign saying they hire 14 year olds and up. Now the sign is gone and we asked the boy at the drive thru window and he said they hire 16 year olds and up then the manager said they are only hiring adults.
Had me totally confused about my experience. Burger king seems to be going down hill. It's not the same. I worked at the one on Cleveland Street which always got bad reviews as well. It was an embarrassment to work for Burger King.
