Wendy's

It's Wendy's! They have good hamburgers or they used to. Nothing is as good as it used to be. The counter help was doing her job. There was no greeting, there was no thank you, there was no you're welcome when I said thank you. But again that is the way of the world now no one has to be pleasant they just have to do their job do the minimum. It still was a better hamburger than McDonald's or Burger King.

I ordered 2 frosty, but they didn't add spoons. I ordered chicken nuggets, they forgot my bbq sauce, i ordered an apple pecan chicken salad, they gave me no pecans. I called store and spoke to manager. She was super understanding and replaced everything. She gave me fresh fresh nuggets and made the salad herself. She loaded it with everything and was the best salad I've ever gotten grin Wendy's. People make mistakes, manager was quick to fix right away. I appreciate that gesture. Manager service was 5 stars, the staff needs more training.
