Hawaiian Grill

I was charged twice and when I asked why are you running my card again they started yelling you have no money in your account it was declined. So I took my phone out and checked my account to show them they took the money out of my account they said I was lying. Called my bank and they spoke with them and told them that it was taking out of my account and they still wouldn't give me my food saying no money in your account. So the guy that rung me up said I realized I made a mistake and tried to give me the food the lady says no she has no money. He said I'm sorry I'll give your refund out my pocket she said no. Don't help her. So I went to fresh burgers and got food and told them if I didn't have money in my account how did I pay for this. She said a different debit card. Well let me see your receipt and still never gave me my food or my money. They are very rude there and I will not ever return. Oh did I mention they gave my receipt to the lady behind me to sign and she said this isn't my receipt I believe it's hers they tore it up.

My husband and I made a purchase at the Hawaiian Grille restaurant located at 5461 Factory Shops Blvd, Ellenton, Fl 34222. Shortly after we began to eat, I noticed a piece of hair in the chicken. I immediately brought this to the attention of the restaurant manager. He pulled out roughly a 1in piece of black straight hair that was embedded, and cooked through the meet. Even though the owner was the one that forcibly pulled and extracted the embedded hair completely out of the meat, he looked at the hair and said it's longer than his, and thus does not belong to him. I pointed out that there are no other restaurants in the vicinity selling that particular tray, and since he himself pulled it out and verified that it was embedded in the meat its obvious that we did not planted there, not to mention it did not match my husband's nor did it match my hair. He became rude and agitated towards me raising his voice at me. Ultimately security got involved, and they too were baffled by his behavior. It was suggested that the best course of action was to file a report with the mall manager in which I did. Any rational business owner would had offered an apology, refunded, or offer to change out the plate. He did none of the above, but treated me with disrespect and contempt for bringing this matter up. The fact that he never made an attempt to rectify the situation indicates there will be no attempt on his part to ensure this doesn't happen again, not to mention this type of service carriers a health hazzard to customers.
