So the outline of fries highlights the fact the large container is half full? Maybe they are trying to help me diet? Anyway, haven’t ordered from this location in months, and this is what I got at the drive through… the meal is 8.99 not exactly cheap, can’t wait for the new arby’s in Parrish to open so I can ditch this place!

This is by far the WORST Mcdonalds in the world. The staff is made up by the most incompetent people i have ever seen. After waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes we received are food and headed home. Arn't drive thru times supposed to be like 2 minutes per vehicle? When we got home my wife opened our sons cheeseburger and THERE WAS NO BURGER ON EITHER BUN!! Are you serious? Is that the level of intelligence of the people working there? What a joke! Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Bell.

I'm never going to this location again. This place was hands down the slowest service I've ever experienced. It's no wonder the drive thru always looks packed. Stopped here last night at 10:15pm. I didn't even get to the order here sign until 10:35pm. Got my order in at 10:38pm. Got my food at 10:44pm. 29 minutes.

Stopped for a burger and was told we had to order off a machine. No counter orders accepted. I'm 75, do you have any idea how hard it is for some of us Seniors who are computer illiterate? After several attempts a gal came over and helped and she got it wrong. But yet we are suppose to figure it out. But....was able to pay cash at the counter.. ridiculous. Waited 10 minutes for a dine in order and it was presented in a bag. WTH. Anyway we ate our like warm burger and fries. The catsup machine was empty and no containers to put it in anyway. We are from Michigan and stopped here cause we were hungry as we passed through. But lost our appetite pretty quick. This place was not a place I'd make a second visit to.

This is second time this week I have gone to this McDonalds. The first time waited for 15 min only to be told when I ordered they had no ice tea at all! That was all I was ordering. Today ordered my two ice tea's and got to the window and when they went to hand to me in drink holder I explained did not need (they usually just hand to me) and there were two employees at the window. As I went to take the drink holder cause he was handing it to me the other person grabbed it from my hand and tea splashed on me and yells at the other employee to tell me to pull to the next window and that is what he should do for all customers. I said are you serious? He then yells at me and says yes go to the second window. I did not. Got my drinks and left. I called back and found out the employee doing the yelling was the manager John Barber. He could seriously use some skills on customers service and employee training. Should never yell at either. Bad day or not ! Really hope the owner of this McDonalds reads these and can get this store fixed.
