Waited 24 minutes after ordering to get food, when we got the food it was not all in the bag but when we let the employee know she said we had to drive around and get back in line. There were 6 cars in line so we weren't waiting any longer. They gave us our money back and let us keep what we had been given. That good was amazing though lol! Will try again, was probably just a bad day there...

Came here for lunch today with my wife and two children. Order was completely screwed up and we didn't get one if the kid's entrees. The fact that we waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and still didn't get the correct food upsets me the most. We love most of the Penguin Point locations, but probably won't return to this one.

Best breaded pork and barbeque sandwich around. I did have problems understand them at order box so you might want to phone your order in.

The people that work there have food customer service, but the fries are the only edible food they have. Don't do what we did, and make the mistake of eating there when you're from out of town.
