It took forever in the drive through, but the food was hot and exactly as ordered, so I’m not mad at the food but the wait in the drive through was a little long, like 25 mins or so! I think they had a trainee in the window! So the wait time was understandable!

Out of ice, out of most drinks.
The place was VERY dirty and the bathrooms where gross.
Took 10+ min to get my food.
Update 11/18. Still out of all there drinks. Been standing here for 15 minutes waiting for my burger and fries that I can physically see just sitting there.
This place is terrible. Never coming back.

We ordered 20$ worth of food for my family of 9 and they would not let me add a dollar menu item at the window. They made me go back through the drive thru. Very long wait as well about 20 minutes per wait. Other than that they were polite and courteous.

Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to. 37 minutes for 10$ worth of food for my daughter's. No ice the last time I was here. Be prepared to be amazed....
They poured my coke out of a flat 2 liter bottle. Then told me they have only 1 person working... No working ice machine... No working pop machine... How the he'll can they be ok with That? The guy told me there corporate office told them to use 2 liters. To make things even worse I ordered a orange Fanta and Oreo Shake.. The shake was ready before I paid and then had to wait 22 more minutes for the food. Oh and guess what by that time they couldn't find a 2 liter to pour my daughter's orange Fanta. So after the 37 min wait I got to here my daughter cry because she didn't get her pop and by the way I didn't get my money back for the disappearing Orange Fanta.. The more troubling thing is this store has a 2 star Google rating with numerous people complaining about everything this store has broke or missing. So it's not just a one time thing it's a huge problem and Burger King has done absolutely nothing to address all these issues. So I say Burger King you should be absolutely ashamed for allowing a franchisee to continue to operate like this. Not only that but your customer promises are not being fulfilled and your promise of excellence is being grossly defied. I understand one store shouldn't represent your business as a whole but it does because your allowing it to continue choosing profit over Your commitment and dedication to serving your customers with quality service.

This location is better than it use to be .They messed up my order but they curtiosly corrected itvwuickly and didnt even charge me extra thow they did not charge me enough the first time on my order.keep uo working in the right direction for customer service.

Came inside wearing my mask, while the main lady who was making the meals had let in a friend of hers inside WITHOUT a mask. Hugged her using the SAME GLOVES she had touched her friend with - continuing to make food with them. Before her friend came in, I was 100% ignored at the fact I was waiting and standing. She hadn’t even apologized or had took me into consideration that I was there. This was the part where her friend came in. And she hugged her over the counter. No mask, no nothing. Takes her order first and continues to completely ignore me. Her friend had literally budged me in line. And the lady hadn’t even said anything about it. I had called out "excuse me" many times. Still yet no service or anything. So I had left because I wasn’t about to be treated like trash. Service is terrible. Food is not at all safe to eat, with her use of same gloves. Area was dirty. During a PANDEMIC this should not be happening!!! Don’t go here!! Unsanitary and disrespect. Floors are sticky !!! YUCK

I ordered the Double Cheese burger bundle meal When I got back home which is a 2 minute drive the food was cold and it was only a single burger. And the lady at the window was not a very nice lady I wouldn't go here if I were you not a good place
