We've been in Elk River many times, but today was 1st time we had eaten at Elk Butte Log Inn and it was excellent food and very clean. We highly recommend it as a place to eat.

Huge burger, not a bad little restaurant.

My burger was great but my date ordered prime rib and 60% of it was fat. Didn't get our drinks for about 30 minutes and then still didn't get our food for another 30. For only being there once though I think you should still give it a try. You never know, maybe it was an off day for them.
