Buffalo Wild Wings

Doesn’t deserve the one star. But you can’t post without a star. The Buffalo salad came with basically all lettuce. The chicken was literally two bites. Had to ask for dressing twice. No napkins and had to pick out the chunks of lettuce to find the chicken. Will never order a salad again. If I had to sum it up in one word…..it would be PATHETIC.

I have visited a few times for pick and and in store. Pickup I have had issues with there barely being sauce on my wings. It was practically just a naked wing. It took at least 5 min before anyone helped me. The one person that did come over during this time opened a cash register and then left it open as she went to go get help. When I finally got the kitchen staffs attention to tell them she left the money just side open they didn't seem to think it was an issue. Having managed in retail in the past, this made me nervous. This is a big no no. Someone could just reach over and take the cash. The manager came over and didn't seem to care that it was open either. Then finally, I was asked have you been helped by someone else. When I have been in to eat service was fine, the wings were great. I just think the service for take out can be improved. Maybe some training on cash handling.

I have ordered several times to this location from the app. Have had nothing but amazing things to say about this place until now. I ordered tonight sent my husband to pick up our order. He waited over 20 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be picked up. There was 7 other people waiting for There food. The manager walks out of the back and talks to the one person who was waiting the least amount of time and ignores everyone else. My husband then speaks up and says what about the 7 other people that have been here long before that person. He then was thanked by some of those customers. We then got our cold food and the burgers were super dried out and were not even put together properly. Sauce was put on the side of the burger. And bun was not even on burger, I will definitely think again before ordering from this place. Clearly the manager needs to do a better job making sure things are going out smoothly or shut off online ordering.

If you want to go to a place for quick takeout, this is not going to be your jam. We came around the time our order should’ve been ready, and proceeded to wait an additional 35 minutes. People who ordered on site were given their orders prior to us receiving ours. The manager on duty came out when it was finally ready, and “kindly” asked us to leave. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to help us understand how it took over an hour for them to prepare food for three people. It would have been faster for us to dine in than to take out. Makes sense, right?

I’ve come here about 20 times (mostly takeout) over the last 3 years, & have to say it has consistently gotten worse over that time period. The service has finally hit my breaking point on a dine in experience. How it can take over an hour to get fried pickles boneless chicken & French fries despite having the place half empty with open tables & crawling with servers I will never understand. There are too many places with better food and service I sincerely doubt we’d come back anytime soon. Best of luck to you.

I've been here enough times to promise you that you won't get a better than 3 star experience. I think the place is awful in every measure. The food is meh, and the service has never been good. I'm done visiting this place. I gave it two stars because two star reviews get more views than one star, and I wanted more people to read how bad it is.

We use to have family visit once a week, so we would get food to go weekly. Never once has hour order been right when we have gotten home. This BW3s is literally the worst place to spend money. We pay for extra celery or blue cheese and never get what we pay for. Our order has been completely wrong more than once. Tonight I asked for extra celery after being told there was some in the bag. Get home and not only was there none in the bag, but the girl didn't even give me "extra" that I paid for. Save your money and go elsewhere. Super frustrated with this particular buffalo wild wings.
