Panera Bread

I use to love coming to Panera! We would have lunch there 2-3 times a week when I worked in ER. I thought it be nice to visit it today for lunch, super bummed I did. The lettuce was brown, black, clearly old and shouldn’t have been used. I know it’s hard to find attentive employees these days, most workers could careless the type of product they sell or offer. It’s the world we live in, work ethic is out the door!! This is why people do not want to eat out any longer!

I have been apart of the coffee club for awhile now but I’m always impressed every time I go into the store. The employees are so kind and welcoming! I also ordered catering for our office and they went above and beyond. They provided all the cups for the coffee, sugar, creamer and more. They also gave us knives and napkins. This is by far the best experience I have had with catering. I would highly recommend working with them for parties or events!

Exceptional Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The front counter entered our sandwich order incorrectly and it was not realized until we picked it up from the counter. To correct the mistake, not only did they make us an entirely new sandwich, they wrapped up the mistake and allowed us to take it home so it didn’t just get thrown out. Then delivered everything right to our table and apologized with cookies— all with a friendly smile. That kind of exceptional customer service is hard to come by nowadays. They made it right… and then some! Bacon, Turkey, BRAVO!! to you Panera, Elk River, MN! 🤩

Stupid expensive. $7.50 for a kids meal with juice got them a half a cup of Mac n cheese and a tube of yogurt. No veggie, no bread. I wish I had gone to Applebee's, at least then I'd pay the same price but my kids would have had a full meal and I wouldn't have had to carry my own food and buss my own table. The soup and drinks were good though.

Not a single chair with lumbar support or less than 90 degree backrest, extremely uncomfortable no matter where you sit. Maybe it’s deliberate so people can’t enjoying their monthly drink subscription. I hope management can fix this without negatively impacting any employees. Maple grove Panera has a wide variety of comfortable options.

First time at Panera Bread, it was excellent . The young man at the cash register really knows the business and exhibits a personality that Panera Bread can be proud of . He handles all the customers politely and kindly no matter if it's your first time ( as in my case )or a regular. Besides his big personality he is also a big man too. Thanx to him I'll make it there often !!
