Noodles & Company

The Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese was sooo cheesy!! It arrived very quickly after my order and was hot and goopy. Our cashier was so nice to welcome us and give us extra attentive after finding out it was our first time in a Noodles and Company restaurant. She even mentioned the app and something about getting rewards points for every dollar we spend. She was smiley and helpful, I wish I would have got her name to give her proper credit. We visited around 2:30 pm on Tuesday, May 10th. I was surprised with the odd time to eat a meal that there were actually 4 other groups of people there. Good food, we will be back!

You wouldn't guess from the name, but this place all manner of dishes co training noodles. You have to read the menu carefully, though, because some dishes have fake noodles made from zucchini. Food is decent for the price. Serving sizes are on the large side, though. I ordered a regular and found it to be about twice as much as I can eat. I should have asked for the small. I like the multi-flavored soda fountain. It was nice to have so many variations of each drink to choose from. The interior is weird, like they ran out of money most of the way into the buildout of the store. There is a partial drop ceiling just hanging above part of the dining area. They're just slats of wood hanging there, like they couldn't afford to finish installing all of the slats and put some ceiling tiles on them. The exposed HVAC system and upper roof supports look really low budget. There were also several electrical outlets about 12 feet off the ground, at a height where no normal human could utilize them. Very bizarre.

I had the Wisconsin Mac and cheese like usual but this time. They only had a tablespoon of the ingredients and it was rest covered in shredded cheese probably from Sam's Club. You know what restaurants if your going to screw the ingredients and jack up the prices at least be honest about it Say hey everyone we are not doing what we are supposed to. I mean customers who eat here enough know. So mine as well say the TRUTH!!
