Such a warm and inviting space. We love the ASC staff and the food is always so tasty. We’re so glad to have you here in our little town. (Also, your muffins, sweets and focaccia breads are out of this world)🥰

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. My wife loved the eggs benedict and my three egg omelet was absolutely delicious. Customer service is tip of the spear. Take it from an old Marine Veteran, you will love Ames St Cafe.

Such a great little breakfast place. Their breakfast burritos are one of my faves and the eggs Benedict is to die for. Don’t get me started on the brown butter chocolate chip cookies or the best pumpkin bar I have ever tasted. This will be a staple during our stays in Elk Rapids. Definitely a must try!

The wife and I ate there twice during our trip. Everything was amazing!! Highly recommend the Bennie, and the bacon is phenomenal! Owner and staff were super nice and accommodating. You can taste the love!

We loved Allie's food truck and were thrilled when she decided to open Ames St Cafe! Her food is creative, cozy, and made with love. I have loved every dish I've ordered and I dream about the focaccia bread—the BEST. The cafe is bright and beautiful. You can see and taste the passion she has for her work and her team in every dish. She bravely supports our entire community, and speaks openly about the ways she cares for herself and her team in their very demanding industry. She is always so patient and thorough when answering food allergy questions and so mindful in her offerings for unique dietary needs. How lucky our little village is to have Ames St Cafe. Oh my gosh, the food and service were EXCELLENT! I had the focaccia and gravy and gave the pigs in a blanket a try and they were DELISH! They have all different kind of cute mugs and it was adorable. Highly recommend!

We just had the best homemade focaccia bread club sandwich and the outstanding mouthwatering Monte Cristo ! My husband and I split these and still couldn’t eat it all . Absolutely amazing experience! We will be back ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Ames St Cafe! All of the food we’ve tried, we love. The service is friendly and quick, the restaurant itself is cozy and filled with plants, and the owner is such a genuinely kind human. I highly recommend adding a cinnamon roll to your next order - you won’t regret it!

Incredibly delicious, creative and generous breakfasts. Homemade focacia bread is wonderful! Fresh ingredients. They are very receptive to customizing your meal so you'll be completely satisfied. I had the omelet with tomatoes, onions, chorizo, avocado, and the homemade salsa. Omelet was hanging off the plate. We'll be back!

Absolutely delicious! The best eggs benedict I've had. They use focaccia bread which is genius and a perfectly poached egg (not easy). The potatoes and coffee were also spot on. The servers were so kind and efficient despite a full house and a new system (only a couple days into opening). So excited for our new breakfast spot and hoping they will be here year round for the locals, especially since there's nothing else open here in the winter 🤞Thank you!
