Round Table Pizza

I was extremely disappointed. First, there were about three slices of dough that didn't have any toppings, attempted to over look that... Then found that the dough was not fully cooked, then to tp it off to see a dirty onion's root at eye level when taking a bite. So unacceptable for a $25 medium pizza. My stomach turned😒🤢🤢🤢 Thinking about what I didn't see or perhaps it was the uncooked dough!!! The driver did forget everything but the pizza and the wings... However, he was such a sweetheart that wasn't an issue!!! The order was almost a 40 order... I used a coupon however, it was definitely a rip off even with the coupon!!!

I had a great experience in the past. I have almost never had an issue until recently. In the last 2ish months almost every single time I've gotten delivery they have forgotten something, missed something, or there was a problem with the food. They've forgotten my soda, forgotten my ranch, and once it took almost 1 hour 20minutes for delivery and my garlic twists were almost raw and looked a mess. I tip minimum $4-5 bucks on a $20 order every time. I started putting a reminder for my soda in the notes section, then they forgot my ranch. I hate complaining, they offered to give me my order for free for not bringing my soda, but I don't want a free order. I just want my order to be correct the first time. I tip decent, I like the food. I get it, short staffed, pandemic, difficult to find help but what else can I do? I don't even want anything for free... Honestly, I'd tip even more if I knew I'd get my order correct, but I'm not even sure that would work. It's just frustrating. I'd rather not have to go anywhere else, I wish they'd just get it together over there.

Foods not great, I don't know what happened since I remember Round Table having some of the best pizza around when I was growing up. But the biggest problem with this location is the interior itself. It's just depressing being inside this store. Everything is dirty, broken, out of order and the interior is so out of date. Feels like this place was built in the 90's, and has never been maintained since then.

I too have fallen victim to the stomach sickness after ordering from this location on several occasions. For a while I thought it was something else but have noticed a pattern not that long after eating I get really sick and spend countless hours with stomach flu and severe cramps. The saddest part is I rather spend the extra money to buy from round table since I love the pizza. I am very discouraged by this location I am sure I won't purchase pizza from this location again. To see multiple reviews from fellow neighbors with the same concerns is horrible. I think it's time to call health services on this location. Further more the response that people get from your customers relations team is sad. You're asking people to write an email to customerservice@gfgmanament.com and Express our concerns. So you can evaluate our feed back to you're team. If that's the case then why do they have you there for shouldn't you be doing that for us. I know you're not going to do anything about so I write this review in Hope's that the no one else buys from this location either. Attached is a picture of the pizza that we bought which will now be thrown away as you can see two slices eaten on the pepperoni pizza and 3 on the Maui Maui pizza.

The tracking time was terrible at this location. Website says my pizza was being prepared even after I've already pickup an cold pizza at the estimated pickup time. Good thing didn't listen to that tracker. Apparently my pizza has been sitting there for some time. If I waited on that tracker, wonder if my pizza would have froze by then smh.

Besides round table using the highest quality ingredients This location always has fast turnaround order time But this night I was extremely pleased with the customer experience I received from neveah and Marlon These young adults impressed a man who remembers how life was before cell phones ! Corporate these two deserve a me time during g the qeekelwy men
