Kfc

The staff put all the small pieces with only a couple of big items in my 12 box “value meal.” It was a lot less amount of chicken than 8 piece box which I used buy. Don’t buy the “special “ or “value “ meals here because the quantity is a lot less than it should be. Buy less number of the pieces at the regular price. There are more food for less price. I can’t understand why they discourage people to buy the special when the specials should draw more buyers. I used to eat at this place before but now I am not going to return to this place. Sorry.

Where do I start! So unprofessional. When taking my order the background noise was unreal. So loud, sounded like a party was going on. Then I was told to pull around to wait for my order. 10 minutes later, still 7 more minutes. I wanted my money returned, so I had to go through the drive through again for that. Then heard an employee say, has anyone started the wings yet? REALLY! This location is a cluster mess. Do NOT go there, so dissatisfied.

This is the worst KFC I have every been to. Every other time I visit this location my order is always a mess, No ice in my drink or it’s flat. Chicken over cooked and fries are old. The worst part of all is the staff, they are all young and have little to no manners. They treat the parking lot like a car show with their personal cars backed in parked near the entrance of the building . They have zero regards for customers, They smoke cigarettes and leave trash everywhere in the front of the store . This location needs an absolute overhaul of the manager and staff ,This has gone on for years . I will be taking my business to Taco Bell and Wendy’s across the street.

They don't even deserve one star. First off the employees (especially Dylann) are extremely RUDE. The employees don't have any customer service, this employee even cussed at me and talked down on me. They will also mess up on your order because they are all outside smoking cigarettes which is also highly unsanitary. If you want KFC in Elk Grove do NOT go to this location. There is another KFC down Elk Grove Blvd with better employees and better quality food.

You never judge a book by its cover (side show in the parking lot) Its obvious this is only a cover up for whats really going on in that mf because it aint preparing, cooking and serving food/KFC!! iont know what they handed Me out that side window they callin a drive thru window but it ain't food/KFC My one star is for the coleslaw tho:)

AVOID!!!! Stopped here while passing through on the 5. I made a terrible mistake. The chicken sandwich was so dried out I couldn’t even bite through it. So glad I had also ordered a cheeseburger and fries which seemed edible. Welp- I have been on the toilet 5x the normal rate ever since. Plus the drink must have had a total of 5 ice cubes. Place should be cited based on my experience.
